"Tried, but I Shall Come Forth as Pure Gold"

Our Pastor's message last Sunday focused on "Tried, but I Shall Come Forth as Pure Gold."

Her lesson text was taken from Job 23:8-10 and Zacharia 13:7-9.

Two points we can take from this encouraging message:

-Don't let go of God's hand when trouble comes.

-God's working for you to trust and depend on Him.

God has set you up to be tried and tested because you have the blessed assurance that you are His and He is yours. We must worship and praise God during our trials and tribulations, knowing that all things work together for good to those who love Him and are called according to His purpose.

Satan wants us to curse God when trouble comes. Instead, worship Him and praise Him! What we go through is not to take us out, but to make us better. Call on the Name of Jesus and count it all joy! We may be tried in the fire but we shall come forth as pure gold!

Praise God!
